Service Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of SG Cleaning's professional cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Our Services
SG Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Bond Cleaning: End-of-lease cleaning with bond-back guarantee
- New Build Cleaning: Post-construction cleanup for newly built properties
- Pre-Sale Cleaning: Deep cleaning to enhance property presentation
- Regular Cleaning: Ongoing maintenance cleaning services
- Deep Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning for heavily soiled properties
- Commercial Cleaning: Office and business premises cleaning
All services are performed by trained, insured professionals using commercial-grade equipment and eco-friendly products.
Booking and Scheduling
Quote Process
- Free quotes are provided based on information you provide
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Final pricing may vary if property conditions differ from description
- Additional services requested on-site will be quoted separately
Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment
- We will provide 24-48 hours notice of scheduled cleaning time
- Access to the property must be arranged by the client
- Property should be reasonably accessible and safe for our team
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on completion
- Bank transfer (EFT)
- Credit/Debit cards
- PayPal and digital payments
Payment Schedule
- Bond cleaning: 50% deposit required, balance on completion
- Regular cleaning: Payment due on completion
- Large commercial jobs: Payment terms negotiated separately
- Late payment fee of $25 applies to overdue accounts
Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- Prices may vary based on property size, condition, and location
- Additional services will be quoted and agreed upon before commencement
- Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any deposit paid
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Less than 12 hours notice: Full cancellation fee applies
- No-show appointments: Full service fee applies
SG Cleaning Cancellations
- We will provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations
- Full refund provided for any cancellations on our part
- Alternative dates will be offered where possible
- Weather-related cancellations may apply for exterior cleaning
Rescheduling
- First reschedule is free with 24+ hours notice
- Additional reschedules may incur a $50 administration fee
- We will accommodate emergency rescheduling where possible
Quality Guarantee
Bond-Back Guarantee
For bond cleaning services, we guarantee:
- 100% bond return or we'll return to fix any issues at no charge
- Guarantee valid for 72 hours after service completion
- Client must provide access for any required return visits
- Guarantee applies to cleaning-related issues only
Satisfaction Guarantee
- We guarantee your satisfaction with our cleaning services
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no charge
- Guarantee covers areas included in the original service scope
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best service delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Property Access: Providing safe and reasonable access to all areas to be cleaned
- Utilities: Ensuring electricity and water are connected and available
- Personal Items: Removing or securing valuable and fragile items
- Pets: Securing pets during the cleaning service
- Hazards: Informing us of any safety hazards or special requirements
- Accurate Information: Providing accurate property details for quoting
- Payment: Making payment according to agreed terms
Liability and Insurance
Our Insurance Coverage
- Public liability insurance up to $10 million
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Workers' compensation insurance for all staff
- Coverage for accidental damage during service delivery
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- We are not responsible for items not secured by the client
- Force majeure events are excluded from liability
Claims Process
- Report any damage or issues immediately
- Provide photographic evidence where possible
- Allow reasonable time for investigation and resolution
- Claims will be processed through our insurance provider
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes or concerns:
- Direct Communication: Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
- Formal Complaint: Submit a written complaint within 7 days
- Investigation: We will investigate and respond within 14 days
- Mediation: If unresolved, we may suggest mediation
- Legal Action: Any legal disputes will be governed by Queensland law
We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly through open communication.
